Diversified Environmental Training is a New York State, state of the art training facility with accredited trainers and curriculums with Asbestos, Lead, Mold and OSHA . Our focus is not simply to offer the best and most effective training but to provide other services that have synergy with our students, and partners within the construction and general industries. Our energy is to work closely with many 501 c(3) organizations and other construction related companies and offer training coupled with job placement programs and a variety of other soft skill programs that ready these students for career opportunities.
OUR TEAM
Jean Jit Putthasy
As President of Diversified Environmental Training Jean is responsible for all business development, and maintaining accreditation with NYS DOH, and NYS DOL along with corporate partnership building. Jean has an incredible background within the environmental industry with client development and various job place relationships with a variety of our clients and their potential employees. Jean is very determined and energetic in making sure our staff, clients and students are successful in all our accredited training courses.
Jean has over 10 years experience in the legal industry, as a litigation paralegal, and worked in the Personal Injury field, working with Workers Compensation, Medicare, client service and the preparation of legal documents. Of recent she has worked in an administrative position within the environmental training industry
Randall C. Holden
Randy Holden is the Vice President of Diversified Environmental Training and Diversified Environmental Services LLC
Randy works closely with developing existing and new training programs and implementing appropriate protocols with staff and accredited trainers. Randy provides advisement and expertise with our clients, and students to make sure their goals, DET and DES goals are being met in a very synergistic manner. After spending 20 years in the Property Development and Property Maintenance business he has decided to share many of his experiences and gives back by offering many construction and general industry courses. Much of Randy’s time is committed to developing effective training programs for the disadvantage and works closely with the Federal Justice programs, the NYS Department of corrections and other out reach programs also other 401c3 not for profit organizations. Randy enjoys preparing these students with career ready skills and often works closely with them in finding career opportunities within the construction industry
Randy volunteers in a wide variety of capacities within the industry and maintains numerous licenses and certifications including, being an EPA Asbestos Building Inspector, Supervisor and Project Designer, and a NYS Article 32 Mold Assessor and Contractor. Randy is approved by the NYS Department of Health, the United Sates Environmental Protection Agency in multiple teaching accreditations and is approved to teach the Model Accreditation program asbestos classes including Professional Health Effects. He is also accredited in teaching Lead abatement curriculums including the RRP program. He also teaches the HazWoper curriculums and is an Authorized O.S.H.A, Occupational Safety and Health Administration Outreach Instructor throughout the United States.
Randy is a SUNY Canton graduate with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Civil Engineering. As a finger Lakes native he enjoys much time with family and everything the Finger Lakes has to offer.
